Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Using a cupcake or muffin tin grease as many cups as you have biscuts.
  3. With the can of crushed pineapple, drain the juice into a bowl.
  4. Combine the pineapple chunks, sugar, and butter. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Divide the pineapple mixture evenly among the cups.
  6. Add a cherry in the center of each cup. Make sure cherry touches the bottom of the cup.
  7. Place 1 biscuit in each cup and spoon the pineapple mixture on top.
  8. Add a splash of pineapple juice over each biscuit.
  9. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool down for 3 minutes.
  11. Flip the muffin tin over or use butter knife to remove biscuts.
  12. Serve warm or save in tupperware.
