Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine pancake mix milk and egg(s).
  3. In a 10-inch pie plate (in oven) melt butter and remove from heat.
  4. Spoon berries on the bottom of pie plate.
  5. Carefully pour batter on top.
  6. Bake for approximately 18 minutes or until done.
  7. Go around the edges to lossen and invert onto serving plate.
  8. Cut into slices and serve with maple syrup.
