This maple-dijon panko mix adds so much flavor and texture to simple baked salmon. You're gonna want to put it on everything!

Ingredients

  • 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (5 g) - Butter, salted
  • 1 large (50 g) - Egg, whole, raw, fresh
  • 1 slice (29 g) - Bread, wheat

Directions

  1. Place toast on a plate and butter one side.
  2. Flatten a large circle in the middle with the back of a fork without breaking through the bread
  3. Crack and egg on the flattened part.
  4. With a fork, break the yolk.
  5. Cook for 1 minute on 60-70% power or until done egg is no longer runny
